Holotropic Breathwork is a simple and powerful approach to self-exploration and healing, developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof in 1976. It involves faster, deeper breathing, focused bodywork, expressive art and group sharing. More info... 

Ash has been a certified facilitator since 1998. He is on staff for Grof Transpersonal Training, and has worked at large public workshops and training modules in Australia and the US. 

He'll be co-facilitating at the six day training module offered by Grof Transpersonal Training in Tasmania this July. For more info go to the GTT site.  

Workshops and individual sessions will be offered in Perth, beginning in September 2010, and Sydney from October. Check the events page. 

There are regular workshops offered in Melbourne, Brisbane and Tasmania.
